By accessing and using Elite Clean MLM System website, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.
Elite Clean MLM System provides a platform for network marketing professionals to build their business, track commissions, and manage downline members.
To become a member, you must register and provide accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
Our MLM system pays commissions up to 3 levels deep. Level 1: 10%, Level 2: 5%, Level 3: 2.5%. Commissions are calculated based on product sales from your downline network.
All product sales are final. Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase for unopened and unused products.
Members must conduct business ethically and professionally. Misrepresentation of products or the business opportunity is strictly prohibited.
We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activities, or fail to comply with our policies.
Elite Clean MLM System shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website.
