Browse our products, click "Add to Cart" on items you want to purchase. When ready, click the cart icon and proceed to checkout. Fill in your shipping details and choose a payment method to complete your order.
Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can also track your order from your dashboard under "Recent Orders". Click on the order number to see detailed status.
Standard shipping is M50 and takes 3-5 business days. Express shipping is M100 and takes 1-2 business days. Free shipping is available on orders over M1000.
Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placement if not yet processed. Contact support immediately with your order number. Once processed or shipped, cancellations are not possible.
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unopened and unused products. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.
